Angiogenesis

BPC-157 stimulates the formation of new blood vessels directly into damaged tissue. Blood supply is the rate-limiting factor in healing. More vessels means more oxygen, more nutrients, and faster clearance of inflammatory byproducts from the injury site.

A copper-binding tripeptide that occurs naturally in human plasma, saliva, and urine. GHK stands for the three amino acids: glycine, histidine, and lysine. The Cu is copper. Before You Add The Stack

The GLOW stack amplifies what is already working. It cannot build what is not there. Before any of these compounds are relevant the foundation has to be in place. No exceptions.

    Nutrition and Protein

    Collagen synthesis requires glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline. GHK-Cu can upregulate the gene signals for collagen production but it cannot produce collagen from nothing. Protein at 1 gram per pound of goal bodyweight is the minimum. The raw material has to be there.

  2. 02

    Resistance Training

    Mechanical load is what tells the body where to lay down new collagen and muscle. The GLOW stack amplifies the repair response to training stress. Without training there is no stress and no signal for the compounds to amplify. Three to five sessions per week minimum.

  3. 03

    Sleep

    Cellular regeneration and tissue repair happen predominantly during sleep. GHK-Cu’s gene expression changes, TB-500’s stem cell migration, and BPC-157’s collagen synthesis are all processes that require the recovery window sleep provides. Seven to nine hours is the operating requirement.
