To use this site or place an order you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory research, analytical, or identification purposes.
• Be responsible for confirming that possession and use of the products you order is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we believe a purchase is intended for human or animal use or for resale for consumption.

Every product sold on this site is a reference material sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and identification purposes. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements. No statement on this site is a claim of safety, efficacy, or fitness for any therapeutic purpose.

By placing an order you affirm that:

• You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes.
• You will not use the products for human or animal consumption, administration, or application of any kind.
• You will not resell or distribute the products for consumption.
• You accept full responsibility for the storage, handling, use, and disposal of the products after delivery.

An account is required to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Providing false information, including a false date-of-birth attestation, is a violation of these terms and grounds for account termination and order cancellation.

All prices are listed in US dollars. An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may cancel and refund any order prior to shipment, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the address you provided. Details, timelines, and the returns process are in the Shipping and Returns policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Certificates of Analysis are published online in The Lab Vault for released lots. COA documents describe the identity and purity of a specific tested batch and are provided for documentation purposes only. They are not a representation that a product is suitable for any use other than laboratory research.

The site, its design, copy, images, and marks are the property of Zolvir or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Educational content on this site is provided for informational purposes in connection with laboratory research and may not be republished without permission.

The site and all products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except the express warranty that shipped product matches the identity and purity stated on its published COA at the time of testing. Content on this site, including educational material, is not medical advice and must not be relied on as such.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zolvir is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zolvir harmless from claims arising out of your use or misuse of the products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zolvir maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
