Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide. When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. When you contact us we keep the correspondence.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, the payment status, and the billing details needed to fulfill and support your order.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, and we set a small number of cookies described below.

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies:

• Session and account cookies keep you signed in and preserve your cart between visits.
• Age acknowledgment. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we set a cookie so you are not prompted on every page. It expires after 90 days.
• Promo codes. If you apply a discount code, a cookie keeps it attached to your session.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data for cross-site advertising.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders.
• Maintain your account, order history, and saved addresses.
• Verify eligibility to purchase, including the age and research-use acknowledgments described in our Research Use Policy.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
• Comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements.

We share information only with service providers that are necessary to operate the business: our payment processor to charge your card, shipping carriers to deliver your order, our email provider to send transactional messages, and our hosting and database infrastructure to run the site. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a government authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Compliance attestations made at checkout are retained with the order record. If you close your account we delete or de-identify personal information that we are not legally required to keep.

You can access and update your account information at any time from your account page. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request deletion of information we are not required to retain, by emailing seth@zolvir.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor verified requests as those laws require.

All traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on our systems. Access to customer records is limited to personnel who need it to operate the store.

This site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
