Research Use Policy

Products sold on this site are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research, analytical, and identification purposes. They are not:

• Drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.
• Approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use.
• Intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or application of any kind, by any route.

Zolvir is not a pharmacy, is not a compounding pharmacy under section 503A, and is not an outsourcing facility under section 503B. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no content on this site should be read as a claim that any product is safe or effective for any therapeutic purpose.

By placing an order, the buyer affirms each of the following:

• Age. The buyer is at least 21 years of age.
• Research purpose. The material is being acquired for legitimate laboratory research or analytical use.
• No human or animal use. The material will not be consumed, administered, or applied to humans or animals.
• No resale for consumption. The material will not be resold, repackaged, or distributed for consumption or therapeutic use.
• Jurisdiction. The buyer is responsible for confirming that receipt and possession of the ordered material is lawful in their state and locality.
• Competence. The buyer is qualified to handle laboratory reference materials safely and accepts full responsibility for storage, handling, use, and disposal after delivery.

These affirmations are collected as an explicit acknowledgment during checkout and recorded with the order.

Access to this site and all purchases are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. An age acknowledgment is required on first visit and again at checkout. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our Terms of Service and grounds for cancellation of orders and termination of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

• We have reason to believe the material is intended for human or animal use.
• Order size or frequency is inconsistent with laboratory research use.
• Shipment to the destination would be unlawful or is restricted by carrier policy.
• The buyer has previously violated this policy or our terms.

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Certificates of Analysis are issued by an independent analytical laboratory for each released lot and published online in The Lab Vault. A lot marked awaiting publication is being tested, and its COA is posted as soon as it clears. COA documents live online only; they do not ship in the box. A COA documents the identity and purity of a tested batch and is not a representation of suitability for any non-research use.
